This employee screening programme is designed to provide companies with sufficient information for informed decisions to be made in respect of a candidate's employment. The process identifies, at an early stage, those candidates who would contrive to fabricate previous employment information, financial status or documents for the purpose of securing employment.

Employee screening services may include:

• Disclosure of information – Criminal Records Bureau
