Substance misuse analysis – from initial analysis and consultation to full implementation of a drug and alcohol testing programme in the workplace. Drug and alcohol awareness training can also be provided as well as offering a drug and alcohol training CD-Rom for all employees.

Discreet hotline & whistleblowing policy implementation – set up of an independent and ‘confidential hotline’, to help stop bullying, theft, racial & sexual harassment without fear of reprisal.
